Natalia and Ryan had a small wedding….followed by a big wedding. This was their big one.
As photographers, we are often caught up in the events of the day. The trappings and symbols, the customs and ceremonies.
Every now and again, we are reminded of how important family is.
We started this day at Natalia’s parent’s home. Natalia arrived fresh from the hairdresser’s and was greeted at the door by two very enthusiastic, sweet little dogs. “Mommy’s home!…and she sure looks pretty!”, they seemed to yelp.
Mom and the girls helped Natalia get ready and after a few family photos, we were off to the Ceremony.
This was a bright, beautiful day with fluffy, white clouds adorning a pale, blue sky.
Ryan looked dashing, dressed in a pressed, gray suit with an ivory boutonnière. A perfect match for his beautiful bride.
He did. She did. They kissed. Everyone cheered!
We then whisked them off for some fun shots around Crosswinds Golf and Country Club.
Their first dance was nothing short of amazing! These two really know how to cut a rug!
The remainder of the evening was filled with laughter. The speeches, the jokes, the giggles all added up to an amazing wedding reception and we were very thankful to share in their beautiful wedding day.
