This day did not start out like any other. Her mother and aunt helped dress the gorgeous bride while the men played a quick round of cricket. The 1823 built St. Peters Church housed the intimate occasion where Anson and guests awaited. Right on time Sarah arrived in a cool Rolls Royce, then beamed as she sided up beside her husband to be. In the warm atmosphere of the ceremony, glances were stolen and happy families and friends watched, witnessed, and supported the lovely couple.
The ensuing party and celebration at Lionshead Golf and Country Club took on a life of its own in the glassed hall, lit by the sunset, as the band played on. Chuck Berry, Jeff Healey, and Louis Armstrong belted out their ballads too, as entertaining speeches peppered the night with hilarity, gentle teasing, and genuine sincerity – the room was at once a mess of raucous laughter and then of quiet tears.
From the Superman cufflinks and fedora, to her enchanting thin strapped gown, Anson and Sarah were a joy to behold on their wedding day. This was a day to remember. Thanks so much for having us be a part of your story, capturing the moments that will last long past your wedding day.
